Ed Hoffman- PRESIDENT

After leaving a Senior Vice President position at A.L. Williams/Primerica Financial Services, Ed began his career in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer.  He worked with such accredited firms such as Crosby and Lau Financial, Four Star and Canyon Springs Financial.  He was relentless in the pursuit of success.  During the next six years his efforts were rewarded with promotions and an overwhelming amount of business.  In order to accommodate the needs of his clients, he formed a partnership with Jim Rogers.  The partnership proved successful. Seizing a golden opportunity, they acquired Wholesale Capital Corporation.  Together they have developed a thriving business whose qualified staff focuses on building long term relationships with centers of influence in the industry.

She has been with Wholesale Capital Corporation since May 1996.  Her experience and knowledge of real estate development, escrow and lending have made her a valuable asset to this fast paced organization.  Her organizational skills, superior in every area, allow her to handle the numerous and challenging tasks required for a professional in her position.

James began his career in the mortgage industry ten years ago.  He gained his experience with mortgage companies as a Loan Officer's Assistant and was the Assistant Branch Manager at United American Mortgage Corporation.  He has managed to develop long term loyalty with his business experience, James contributes a tremendous amount of knowledge to the success of Wholesale Capital Corporation.

Renee has been in the mortgage industry since 1978.  Her vast experience and expertise expand from Loan Processing Manager, to Underwriting Supervisor, to Bulk Acquisitions Manager, to Operations Manager.  Renee has worked for lenders such as Country-wide, Life Bank, and Funders Mortgage, where she was instrumental in the development of their Wholesale Division.  Renee's approach and ability to render reasonable, sound, judgment and underwriter and funder, gives us the confidence, ease, and uniqueness for funding challenging loans, making her an employee of high regard and true value at Wholesale Capital.

Becky is a Wholesale Capital success story. She has had a tremendous and exciting career with Wholesale Capital for over seven years. She was hired and trained as a loan processor and promoted as Processing Manager. Becky is seen as a confident and positive manager, holding the admiration and respect of her staff. Her extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional guidelines along with her dedication, diligence, and superb record of being a top processor and manager makes her an outstanding employee and team player at Wholesale Capital.

Kathy came to Wholesale Capital in 1999 with many years of accounting experience.  She has cross-trained in opening loans, loan documents and shipping. She has worked in handling loan documents, post loan follow up and shipping files to investors. She is currently managing the accounting department full time.

Felicia Petersen joined the WCC team in December 1997 as the Administrative Assistant to our then Administrative Officer. Felicia joined us with experience in operating a small business, public relations and a strong work ethic to do what needs to be done regardless of the job title. Her desire to contribute to the success of WCC has helped her grow into her position at WCC, taking on all of the Administrative and Human Resources functions. She has cross-trained in Accounting, Processing and Secondary Marketing and has developed many of the procedures and policies that are in place.
