	Renee Cairney - INVESTOR RELATIONS/COMPLIANCE - SR. D.E. UNDERWRITER Renee has been in the mortgage industry since 1978. Her vast experience and expertise expand from Loan Processing Manager, to Underwriting Supervisor, to Bulk Acquisitions Manager, to Operations Manager. Renee has worked for lenders such as Country-wide, Life Bank, and Funders Mortgage, where she was instrumental in the development of their Wholesale Division. Renee's approach and ability to render reasonable, sound, judgment and underwriter and funder, gives us the confidence, ease, and uniqueness for funding challenging loans, making her an employee of high regard and true value at Wholesale Capital.
	Patty Stromberg - D.E. UNDERWRITER Patty joins the WCC team as our new D.E. Underwriter. Patty has been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. She has previously worked at First NLC, Home123 and Provident. She has also dealt with many other lenders on a wholesale level. In addition to her D.E. she also has her VA Automatic approval. Patty is a referral through AppleOne Employment Services. She is recognized by others we know in the industry and is coming to us with highly regarded references as a make sense, team-playing underwriter. I am sure we will all enjoy having Patty as our new D.E. Underwriter.
	Judy Rogers - LOAN CLOSING COORDINATOR Judy has been with Wholesale Capital since 1996 with profound experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Her contributions and dedication to the industry has played a major role in her success and that of Wholesale Capital Corporation.

	Becky Lynch- OPERATIONS MANAGER Becky is a Wholesale Capital success story. She has had a tremendous and exciting career with Wholesale Capital for over seven years. She was hired and trained as a loan processor and promoted as Processing Manager. Becky is seen as a confident and positive manager, holding the admiration and respect of her staff. Her extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional guidelines along with her dedication, diligence, and superb record of being a top processor and manager makes her an outstanding employee and team player at Wholesale Capital.
	Rhonda Chavarria - LOAN PROCESSOR Rhonda started with Wholesale Capital in 1997. She started in the Administrative Department and moved to Processing six months later as a Loan Opening Coordinator. Upon receiving her credentials from the American School of Mortgage Bankers, she was promoted to the position of Junior Loan Processor. Being the daughter of the Vice President of the company, she has received great insight and knowledge of the mortgage lending business. She works well with her other associates, making her an asset to the Loan Processing Department and to Wholesale Capital Corporation.
	Heather Avina - LOAN PROCESSOR Heather comes to Wholesale Capital with work experience in the mortgage industry since 1991. She has worked as a processor for the last 6 years for a broker as well as a direct lender. She is excited to be with WCC and looks forward to the opportunity to provide the highest level of service to Wholesale Capital. Her expertise and work ethic will make her a strong asset to our company.
	Teri Little - FUNDING COORDINATOR Teri was added to the Wholesale Capital team in 2002 as our Receptionist and has excelled in the Operations Department and in July 2004 Teri became the Loan Opener in the Processing Department. She has moved from being a Jr. Loan Processor her current position as a Funding Coordinator. Teri’s previous job experiences, her ability and her initiative have proven to be very valuable to Wholesale Capital. Teri received a RISING STAR award in 2003 for her exceptional performance at WCC.
	Syrita Marchand - Jr. LOAN PROCESSOR Syrita decided to join the WCC Sales Team after driving by our freeway sign as she went to work in Riverside. She has been Loan Officer for nearly 2 years and has been in sales for 6 years. Syrita is a motivated salesperson and I’m confident that her talents and experiences will be an awesome addition to WCC.
	Cyndie Carrasco - LOAN PROCESSOR Cyndie comes to WCC as a Loan Processor with over 10 years of experience. In the past she has also been an Assistant Funder so she is well rounded in the entire process from beginning to closing. Cyndie was referred to WCC by Blanca Alvarez. Cyndie also has some great contacts and will likely refer some new Loan Officers to our sales team as well.
	Olga Musgraves - LOAN OPENER Olga Musgraves is our new Loan Opener. Linda referred Olga to WCC. Olga has several years experience in the mortgage business, she’s been a Jr. Loan Processor, Jr. Underwriter and is excited to be back in the business as our Receptionist. Olga is looking forward to helping the Processing department keep up with the loan originations.
	Priscilla Vega - FUNDING COORDINATOR Priscilla comes to us as a referral from our internal job posting, indirectly from John Torrijos. Priscilla was a Loan Processor for 3 years and a Funder for 1 ½ years before being laid off due to market conditions in June. Priscilla is thrilled to be our new Receptionist and is looking forward to helping out with the work load as much as possible from the front desk. She has a great attitude and I’m sure you will find her to be a joy to have here at WCC.

	Kathy Smith - ACCOUNTING MANAGER Kathy came to Wholesale Capital in 1999 with many years of accounting experience. She has cross-trained in opening loans, loan documents and shipping. She has worked in handling loan documents, post loan follow up and shipping files to investors. She is currently managing the accounting department full time.
	Chris Purvis - ACCOUNTANT Chris came to Wholesale Capital in April 2003 with several years of background in accounting. Chris' previous job experiences and her knowledge have proven her to be a very valuable asset to Wholesale Capital.

	Scott Carlstroms - I.T. / SPECIAL PROJECTS Scott came to Wholesale Capital with vast experience in computer systems, purchasing and customer service. In his Secondary Marketing role Scott has completely computerized the department and developed additional investor relationships.
